Groups at World Ice Arena!
We offer a special rate for groups of 15 people or more skating and renting skates:
The cost per skater is $12.00. Non-skaters are free.
Private Lesson: Add a coach to help you learn to skate! Each lesson is 30 minutes long and can accommodate up to 15 people. (Available with advanced reservation. Ask for pricing.)
Storage Locker Room Rental: $100 for the day (discounts available for school groups)
*For groups of 75 people or more, we highly recommend that you rent a storage locker room to store your belongings. Our lobby space is limited, and a room would be ideal for large groups. Rooms are limited on weekends.
Some Details
- Groups must have at least 15 skaters to receive the group rate.
- Please book at least 48 hours in advance to receive the group rate.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit must be made in order to hold your reservation.
- An additional $60 deposit must be made if you are requesting a group lesson
- Balance due must be paid, as one total amount, upon arrival at the rink.
- Cancellations, attendance number and date changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the booked date.
- If the attendance number drops below the attendance estimate, and the rink is not so informed in advance, payment will be processed for the original number booked.
- Parent or guardian for all skaters under age 18 must be present in the rink during the booked event.
- A group waiver must be signed by all skaters/skaters’ parents and submitted to the World Ice Arena staff on the booked date. Waivers will be emailed, with the Group Reservation Form, when the booking is made. Click here to download the Waiver Form.
